Ambra

Ambra is a spayed mixed-breed female, born on 23 September 2023, 53 cm tall and weighing approx. 20 kg. She has tested negative for the Mediterranean diseases.

Ambra came to the shelter on 31 December 2024. She was found together with a male dog who is believed to be the father of her puppies. Ambra was a very good mum to her puppies. As her teats show, she has already had several litters. It is not known whether she was born outdoors or abandoned, as she is very friendly and open towards all people.

Ambra is a very sweet, affectionate, calm and friendly dog. She lives with the male dog but does not form a bond with him. She does not feel comfortable in the large group; there she is tense and shy. She prefers being with people.

Ambra would be perfect as an only dog. With another friendly, reserved dog, however, it would probably be no problem after a settling-in period.

She walks well on a lead and travels well in the car.
