Beka is a very sweet but still shy female who warms up quickly. She is very calm and gets along with all other dogs.

Marisol is a treasure, like a grandma: easy to please, friendly, affectionate and sociable. Her favourite place is the sofa. She walks very well on a lead and is sweet with everyone, big or small. Who will give her a home for her twilight years?

Remy is a very gentle, friendly and affectionate male. He is approx. 7 years old (as of 09/2026), approx. 36 cm tall and wants nothing more than to finally belong somewhere.

Aloy is a sweet dog who gets along well with others. She is still very shy and fearful and does not trust people yet. She needs people with patience and empathy.

Amber is a sweet, friendly and affectionate dog. Unfortunately, she does not get along with other dogs. She has not yet been tested with cats.

Ambra is a very sweet, affectionate, calm and friendly dog. She prefers being with people to being in the large group. She walks well on a lead and travels well in the car.

Aurora is a very sweet and adorable little female. She wishes for nothing more than to spend her last good years not waiting somewhere, but finally with people of her own.

Aza is about 1.5 years old (as of 10/2026), about 30 cm tall and weighs about 5–6 kg. She is very gentle, sweet and friendly, and longs for a home of her own with loving people and plenty of cuddles.

Badger is a sweet fellow and a very easy, sweet dog. He gets along with all other dogs.

Bady is a friendly young dog who is not fearful. He has not been through anything bad and is friendly with everything and everyone.

Bandito is a mixed-breed male, born in October 2024. He is friendly but, unlike his siblings, unfortunately still quite shy. Bandito is ready to travel.

Banksy is a mixed-breed male, possibly with some Pointer, born in June 2024. He is a great, sociable dog who loves attention. Banksy is friendly, cheerful and not fearful.

Belle is about 3 years old (as of 10/2026), people-oriented and playful. She lives in a foster home with children and other dogs. She still pulls a little on the lead sometimes, and her house training is a work in progress.

Betty is curious, playful and cheerful the way puppies are. She wants to discover the world, play, cuddle and get to know something new every day together with her people.

Bitter is a Labrador mix, a neutered male, born 06/2018. He has lived in the shelter since 06/2022 and has come to enjoy his walks. He loves water and gets on very well with the female dog he shares his kennel with.

Blawi is sweet, friendly and cuddly. He seeks out cuddles and affection and gets along with all other dogs. He has only ever known the shelter; outside it he is very insecure and fearful.

Blu is a neutered Malinois male, born 12/2024, 65 cm tall. He is very well-behaved and has the character of a puppy. He would be ideal for a quiet home with a garden.

Bobby is a cheerful, fun-loving little pup. He is very friendly, cuddly and playful and gets along well with everyone, humans and dogs alike.

Bola is a friendly, sociable and playful young male without fear or shyness. He is curious and has not been through anything bad.

Boni is a sweet female dog, about 2 years old (as of 09/2026). At the shelter she is very sociable and friendly and gets along well with all the other dogs. Boni loves being close to people.

Brown is sweet and well-behaved, but unfortunately very shy. He gets along well with all other dogs and travels well in the car. He urgently needs a family who will look after him and help him overcome his fear.

Brownie is a handsome, healthy, neutered male, approximately 1 year old (as of 10/2026). He is sweet, friendly and gentle, but shy and reserved at first. He gets along wonderfully with other dogs and needs people who will not overwhelm him and will give him time and a sense of security.

Buba loves people, and children most of all. He does not get on so well with other dogs, especially submissive ones. With confident dogs he accepts his limits and gets along with them.

Bubu is a small male dog, about 2 years old (as of 10/2026), about 35 cm tall and weighing approximately 10 kg. He is blind, very adorable, sweet and gentle. He needs closeness, security and someone he can trust.

Canelo is a great, sweet, playful and active dog. He gets along with all other dogs, is absolutely people-oriented and loves children too.

Caramelo is a mixed-breed male, born in October 2024. He is very fearful and therefore barks a lot when strangers are around. Caramelo is ready to travel.

Carlo is an absolutely uncomplicated, pleasant dog. He already walks well on a lead and meets people and other dogs alike in a friendly, open way.

Cata is an extremely sociable, friendly and lovable dog. She is very devoted to people, good with children and very affectionate. She gets along well with everyone and walks well on a lead.

Chantal is a sweet, friendly dog who gets along with all other dogs. However, she does not like being crowded. She loves running around the large grounds and is a calm dog afterwards.

Chiara is a gentle, friendly female who gets along wonderfully with other dogs. She meets people in a sweet and cautious way. At first she is still a little shy, but with a bit of patience she blossoms.

Chioi is a small male puppy, about 3.5 months old (as of 10/2026). He is very sweet, outgoing and cheerful, and gets along with dogs, cats and children. He still needs to learn the basics, including house training and walking on a lead.

Charming Cleo, approx. 1.5 years (as of 09/2026), is simply a ray of sunshine. Dogs, people or children: Cleo simply likes everyone and is always friendly, gentle and sociable.

Cooper is a very friendly, loving and playful young dog. He is open with people once he has got to know them. Horses scare him a little. Since 18 October 2026, he has been living in a foster home in Ennepetal and is looking for a permanent home.

Copito is a neutered male Podenco, born 01/2020.

Corin is about 2 years old (as of 10/2026), about 40 cm tall and weighs approximately 10 kg. This sweet boy is very kind, friendly and gentle. He longs for a permanent home with people who will give him comfort, security and plenty of love.

Dali is a mixed-breed male, possibly with some Pointer, born in June 2024. He is friendly and cheerful, a little shy, and takes his cues very much from his siblings. Dali should be adopted as a second dog.

Darwin is a neutered male from Romania, born in 2023, approx. 70 cm tall. He is healthy and gets along with everyone on two legs or four, big or small – absolutely sociable.

Sweet Debby longs for a family of her own at last, where she can settle in and grow up happy. Curious and playful, she is discovering her world.

Diddy is simply a really sweet little girl. She is healthy, very friendly, cuddly and playful.

Diper is a very sweet fellow and not fearful. He is used to living with other dogs and gets along with all of them; he just doesn't like cats.

Dobby is a mixed-breed male, Bodeguero, born in February 2024. Unfortunately he is very shy and does not let people touch him. Dobby needs people with experience of fearful dogs. He is good with cats.

Dua is a wonderful female dog: affectionate, friendly and good-natured. She always seeks out people's company, gets along with all other dogs and walks very well on a lead.

Dumbo is a very sweet, gentle treasure. He loves people, approaches everyone in a friendly way and has a big heart.

Duncan gets along with other dogs. He is a little shy with people at first, but nothing but sweet, and good with children too. He walks perfectly on a lead and can live well in a house.

Edurne is a mixed-breed female, 47 cm tall. She is a cheerful, carefree and friendly young dog. However, she has a strong hunting instinct.

Elisa is simply a treasure: calm, sociable, affectionate and friendly. She is great with children, travels well in the car and walks well on a lead.

Elli loves people, other dogs and food.

Enera is a mixed-breed female, born around February 2025. She is friendly, sweet, active and not fearful. She is good with all other dogs but has a hunting instinct.

Esther is a mixed-breed female, possibly with some Pointer, born in June 2024. She is friendly and cheerful, but a little shy. Ideally she should be adopted as a second dog alongside a confident dog.

Fernando is very sweet with people, cuddly and good with other dogs. He is very attached to his companion Felipe, and the two should not be separated.

Foxy is 4 months old (as of 10/2026), currently about 28 cm tall and will probably stay fairly small. She is cheerful, friendly and playful, and gets along wonderfully with other dogs. She still needs to learn basic dog manners.

Freddy is a particularly sweet and well-balanced male. He is incredibly calm, relaxed and gentle and meets people in a friendly, good-natured way.

Gina is an incredibly sweet, cheerful and playful girl. She enjoys attention, and her zest for life shows just how much joy she carries inside.

Giselle is very cuddly and always seeks to be close to her people. She likes walks very much, though traffic is still a little frightening for her sometimes. She gets along very well with other dogs.

Gloria is a very friendly and sociable mixed-breed girl.

Groku is a calm dog who doesn't really need other dogs either. He likes to lie quietly and watch everything. A sweet, friendly teddy bear.

Guismo is a sweet, sensitive dog and has become a cuddly, affectionate, wonderful fellow.

Gus is a sweet dog who is still a little unsure of himself. He lives in a group and gets along with everyone. He needs people who give him time to settle in.

Hannah is a wonderful female dog: sweet, very affectionate, good-natured, cautious and calm, simply a dream dog. She loves walks and walks beautifully on a lead.

Hera is a beautiful female dog, approx. 3 years old (as of 10/2026). She is healthy and very cat-friendly, as she lived on the street together with cats.

Honey is a female dog, 3.5 months old (as of 09/2026), probably a Havanese/Shih Tzu/terrier mix, and will stay small. She is still a real puppy and wants to discover the world.

Iris is a gentle soul who longs so much for a family.

Iris is sweet, friendly, not fearful and good with other dogs.

Jacki is a friendly, affectionate dog who likes to play and gets along with both males and females. He needs active people who can keep him occupied and busy.

Jamiro is longingly waiting for his family so he can live a lovely dog's life full of play, fun and cuddles. He knows other dogs.

Jared is affectionate, obedient and very playful with people. At the shelter he lives with both males and females without any problems.

Jerry is completely sociable and good with all other dogs. He loves people. Who will give this little guy a chance?

Jocelyn is a cheerful, bright and friendly little dog who goes through life with curiosity. She gets along well with other dogs, likes children and enjoys being close to people.

Little Jody is just 4 months old (as of 10/2026). She is a real little ray of sunshine: cheerful, lively and very friendly.

John is an exceptionally friendly, outgoing and people-oriented Labrador. He is fit, playful and gets along with all dogs, including males.

José is a calm, even-tempered and very friendly male. He gets along wonderfully with the other dogs around him.

Jul is a friendly, sociable, affectionate dog and absolutely mad about balls. He loves romping around outdoors, travels well in the car and walks very well on a lead.

Kali behaves like a Border Collie: she enjoys playing and loves interacting with her people. She is active and loves having something to do.

Little Kalle is approx. 2.5 months old (as of 10/2026). He wants to play, cuddle, discover the world and learn something new every day.

Keanu is a Labrador mix, born approx. 04/2023. He is playful and gets along with the other dogs at the shelter.

Kevin is a wonderful, lovable, friendly dog who would so love to please his people. He craves affection and gets along very well with other dogs.

Khan is a gentle giant: a Kangal-Great Dane mix who, despite the handicap in his hind legs, is a cheerful, balanced but also watchful dog.

Kim is approx. 1 year young (as of 10/2026), approx. 55 cm tall and about 20 kg of pure joy of life. He is an absolute ray of sunshine: always in a good mood, always friendly and always ready to play.

Kira is a cheerful, curious girl, playful the way puppies are. She wants to explore, play, cuddle and get to know the big wide world together with her people.

Knut is a very sweet and funny male dog, 2 years old (as of 10/2026). He has a heart of gold, is friendly to everyone and gets along wonderfully with other dogs as well as with cats.

Kuno is a male dog of about 1 year (as of 10/2026). He is a very sweet, playful and cheerful dog, a real funny fellow.

Laurin is a neutered mixed-breed male, born on 16 May 2017. He is blind, but copes with his handicap superbly and is gentle with everyone on two legs or four.

Lica is a small male dog, 8 years old (as of 09/2026), about 36–37 cm tall and weighing roughly 9 kg. He has only three legs, but that does not make him one bit less lovable.

Lilly is a cautious and sensitive little lady who needs time. Inside her is a very sweet, lovely girl: she seeks contact and wants to belong. Lilly is looking for people with patience, understanding and time.

Lily is a very people-oriented young female who loves everyone, big or small. She gets along with all other dogs and loves to play.

Loki is a cheerful, curious little male, playful the way puppies are. He wants to play, explore, cuddle and discover the world together with his people.

Lola is simply a treasure: completely sociable with all other dogs, yet she keeps to herself. Despite a mild ataxia, she walks, runs and climbs stairs without any problems. Whoever adopts Lola gets a very special dog and a fighter.

Little Lori is a bit reserved and shy at first. Once she has gained trust, she really enjoys being stroked and shows her loving side.

Little Lory is calm, gentle, friendly and incredibly sweet. She gets along very well with other dogs and is thoroughly sociable.

Louis is a young dog who still wants to discover the world. He is open towards people, seeks closeness and enjoys every bit of attention.

Lucas is a beautiful, gentle Galgo. At the shelter he is calm, friendly and very sociable with the other dogs. With people he is cautious and shy at first.

Lucille is a truly charming, friendly and kind dog who simply wraps everyone around her finger with her sweet nature. She thinks cats are great, and she loves children too.

Lumpy is curious, playful and cheerful the way puppies are. He wants to discover the world, play, cuddle and experience something new every day together with his people.

Luna is approx. 2 years old (as of 10/2026), 30 cm tall and weighs 8 kg. This cheerful little dog is very sweet, friendly and funny. She still lives in Romania and is longing for a family of her own.

Luxor is like a fluffy teddy bear who just wants to be cuddled.

Mabel is very sociable and good with all other dogs.

Little Maddy is an incredibly sweet, friendly and outgoing puppy girl. She wants to play, learn, explore the world and finally find out what it feels like to have a family of her own.

Malina is a very sweet, delicate and very friendly female dog, 1 year old (as of 09/2026) and approx. 37 cm tall. All she is looking for is closeness, safety and security, and despite bad experiences she has not lost her gentleness.

Manolo is a lovable older gentleman who doesn't ask for much: a soft bed, shorter walks and his people make him happy. He lives wonderfully alongside the other dogs.

Mara is very open towards people. She is very sociable and good with all other dogs.

In the shelter, Maria keeps to herself and is reserved, but sweet and friendly with all other dogs. When people give her a little time, she becomes affectionate. She needs a calm home without much stress.

Marta is a sociable and affectionate young female dog who very much enjoys being close to people. She gets along well with other dogs and moves confidently within the group.

Melody is an active, cheerful and playful female dog. She is very affectionate towards people, enjoys attention and gets along well with other dogs. She longs for a home of her own with people who appreciate her active nature.

Mia is friendly and affectionate with people. With other dogs she is sometimes a little rough, but never dangerous, and this has improved a lot over time. She lives in a group to learn social life.

Mico is a neutered shepherd mix. He is a friendly, cheerful dog and gets along with all other dogs.

Miky is a wonderful, loving and friendly young dog. He gets along brilliantly with dogs of all sizes and meets people and children with openness, gentleness and warmth.

Miky is an absolutely sociable dog who gets along with all other dogs and is playful with them. He is not fearful, a great, agile dog.

Mira is a truly charming little female dog, 3 years old (as of 09/2026), approx. 28 cm tall and weighing about 5 kg. She gets along with anyone and everyone and meets people and other dogs openly and warmly.

Mirela is about 1 year old (as of 10/2026), about 35 cm tall, and a cheerful, very sweet and friendly dog. She still has a lot to learn and longs for a loving family.

Molda is a wonderful young girl with an enormous heart. She is open, friendly, curious and incredibly sweet.

Monny is shy and cautious at first. She watches from a distance to begin with, but once she realises that someone means well, she slowly opens her heart.

Morgan is an incredibly sweet, calm and friendly dog. With his gentle nature, he quickly wins the hearts of everyone he meets.

Moritz, approx. 1.5 years (as of 10/2026), currently lives in an animal shelter in Romania. With love, patience and a little time, he quickly comes out of his shell and shows his gentle, loving nature.

Moshu is a large, beautiful male, approx. 10–12 years old (as of 10/2026), although you would hardly guess it. He is very active, full of life and loves long walks.

Nerón is an impressive, tall male with a heart of gold. Despite his strength and size, he is exceptionally affectionate with people and actively seeks contact.

Lovely Nikita, approx. 4 years (as of 10/2026), is approx. 42 cm tall and weighs about 12 kg. With her calm, relaxed and gentle manner, she wins everyone over in no time.

Nikon is a 4-month-old puppy boy (as of 09/2026). He is very sweet, friendly, playful and gentle, gets along very well with other dogs and likes children very much.

Nilo is a Labrador mix. He is playful, friendly and not fearful, and gets on well with all other dogs. At the shelter he is a little nervous; in a real home this will quickly settle.

Oscar is a Bearded Collie–Giant Schnauzer mix, neutered, born 04/22, 75 cm tall and over 40 kg. Big baby Oscar has ended up in an animal shelter.

Pebbles is curious, playful and cheerful the way puppies are. She wants to explore, play, cuddle and get to know something new every day together with her people.

Penny, 1 year and 4 months (as of 10/2026), is a lovely female and simply adorable. She is very sweet, cheerful and playful and meets everyone with an open heart.

Peppe is a very friendly, gentle and loving dog. He loves people, seeks closeness and enjoys attention.

Phoebe is a cheerful, active, playful, lively young dog. She is bursting with joy of life, energy and curiosity, and her open, friendly nature has won over the whole team. She longs for a life outside the shelter.

Piciu is a cheerful, lively and playful little female dog, 1 year old (as of 09/2026), a small approx. 28 cm and weighing about 6 kg. She is healthy and simply a little ray of sunshine.

Poppy has grown into a wonderful dog: friendly, playful and absolutely sociable with other dogs. She walks well on a lead and loves water.

Regina is a very sweet dog, good with all other dogs, big or small, and very kind to all people, including children. She does not pull on the lead.

Ricco is a young, spirited Pointer mix male with a very beautiful black and white coat. He is very playful and has a strong urge to move.

Rocky is a young male with a typical puppy personality. Curious and playful, he is discovering his world.

Ron is a mixed breed and good with cats. He is very shy and does not let himself be touched. He needs people with experience of fearful dogs.

Roque is a strikingly handsome fellow. He is very sweet with people, gets along with the other dogs at the shelter and even gets along with cats.

Ruben is a sweet, sociable and friendly mixed-breed dog. He is playful and needs a family of his own.

Handsome Rubio is waiting for the people who will show him how wonderful a real dog’s life can be.

Salsa is a wonderful dog: good-natured, affectionate, friendly and sociable. He gets along with all other dogs, is good with children and walks very well on a lead. He needs people who will continue his lifelong treatment and have a lot of empathy.

Sandra always seeks people's company; she is very sweet and calm. She is a dominant female but basically has no problems with other dogs, and she is good with cats. Why has nobody adopted her?

Sara is a German Shorthaired Pointer with soul. At home she is calm and relaxed, good with children and devoted to people. On walks she shows what the German Shorthaired Pointer was bred for.

Sari is 3.5 months old (as of 10/2026), about 25 cm tall and will remain small when fully grown. He is cheerful, curious and playful, loves other dogs and is good with children. He still needs to learn housetraining, walking on a lead and other basics.

Charming Sarina is healthy and a cautious, gentle female who needs a little time to build trust and open up.

Saxo is a friendly, sweet, affectionate and sociable dog who gets along with all the others, now with males too. He walks well on a lead and travels well in the car.

Scampi looks so grumpy, but he isn't. He loves other dogs.

Sergiu is a very sweet, funny and cuddly fellow. He loves being stroked, enjoys every bit of attention and is happy about closeness and cuddle time with his people.

Seva is a shepherd mix. He gets along with everyone and everything, including cats.

Sima is a very cheerful puppy girl, 6 months old (as of 09/2026): playful, friendly, curious and full of joy. With her open and sweet nature she instantly puts a smile on your face.

Snow has won everyone over with her positive nature from day one. Her carers describe her as very approachable, cheerful and likeable, a female with a thoroughly pleasant character.

Stich is an adorable, funny puppy, just 5 months old (as of 10/2026). Once he has gained trust, he is a very sweet, cuddly and incredibly grateful little treasure.

Svety, approx. 2.5 years (as of 10/2026), still lives in Romania. She is a gentle, somewhat shy female who needs time to build trust – and that is exactly what makes her so special.

Tacha, approx. 2 years (as of 10/2026), is a very friendly and sweet little female. She is cuddly, affectionate and actively seeks closeness.

Tango is a neutered German Shepherd male, born on 15 October 2018 (estimated). His owner has died. Tango is a perfect dog: he loves all people and is very affectionate and friendly.

Thor is a sweet boy with a huge heart. He is always friendly and cuddly and is happy about every bit of attention.

Titan, called Ti, is a bright, curious and playful, yet also sensitive and calm family dog. He gets on well with children and is very people-oriented.

Tom is a great dog: friendly, good with all other dogs, active, very sociable and lovable. He walks very well on a lead and needs a home where he is kept busy.

Tom has the character of a puppy and is very playful. He has already come out of his shell a lot at the shelter, but he needs patient people.

Tomillo gets along perfectly with all other dogs and is very people-oriented.

Topolog is a rescue dog from Romania, a sensitive, gentle male with a very special story. He is approx. 3 years old (as of 10/2026), about 45 cm tall and weighs around 15 kg – a pleasant, medium size.

Tora is a gentle, friendly soul who wants nothing more than to finally settle in. She is warm-hearted and very sweet, but still somewhat anxious and shy. She gets on well with other dogs.

Toto is about 5–6 years old (as of 10/2026) and is still living in the shelter in Romania. He is sweet and gentle, shy and cautious.

Tyson loves people and gets along with other dogs. He is not a dog for beginners, though: he is self-confident and needs clear boundaries. In the right hands he is a great companion and absolutely good with children too.

Little Urmel is approx. 2.5 months old (as of 10/2026) and expected to stay small, approx. 30 cm. Together with his mum and his siblings, he was found on the street and, luckily, brought to safety.

Vanessa is a female Bodeguero mix, born approx. 2/2025, approx. 33 cm tall. She is active and playful, as puppies typically are. She lost an eye at the shelter, but this does not hold her back.

Victor is 2 years old (as of 10/2026), a rescue dog from Romania who currently lives in a shelter and wants nothing more than a family of his own.

Victor is a cheerful, playful young dog who wants to get to know life. He is ready to travel. Who will give Victor a home?

Vinny is a clever, sensitive little terrier mix. He loves being the centre of attention and wants to play, cuddle and belong, but he can also keep himself busy on his own.

Lovely Vivi is only 1 year old (as of 10/2026), a small 35 cm and weighs 12 kg. With her friendly, open nature and her loyal eyes, she touches everyone she meets.

Voica is a truly enchanting puppy girl, 4 months old (as of 09/2026): sweet, gentle, friendly and simply lovable. She is curious and playful, as puppies are, and loves closeness and affection.

Ynna is a very gentle, friendly and sweet female dog, approx. 7 years old (as of 09/2026) and approx. 45 cm tall. She has kept her wonderful, good-natured character and is grateful for every bit of attention.

Pretty Zora is approx. 1.5 years old (as of 10/2026) and a cheerful, funny and playful female who is still waiting in Romania for her great happiness. She is spayed and healthy.
