Bubu is a small male dog, about 2 years old (as of 10/2026), about 35 cm tall and weighing approximately 10 kg. He is blind, very adorable, sweet and gentle. He needs closeness, security and someone he can trust.
Bubu is currently living in a shelter in Romania. There he is waiting for the right people to notice him. He wishes for a home. Anyone who gets to know him will quickly realise that his blindness makes this little treasure no less lovable.
A home of his own is especially valuable for a blind dog. A calm, loving daily routine, familiar voices and smells, and a consistent routine can help Bubu feel safe and find his way around wonderfully.
Bubu needs people with big hearts, patience and understanding who see the wonderful little dog behind his blindness rather than his blindness first, and who show him that his world can be full of love, warmth and happy moments even without sight.
Bubu truly deserves to leave the shelter behind, have a soft bed and finally discover what it feels like to be truly at home. Who will give Bubu the chance of a lifetime despite—or indeed because of—his particular handicap?
