Elisa

Elisa is a spayed mixed-breed female, born in 2024. She is 60 cm tall and weighs approx. 24 kg. She has tested negative for Mediterranean diseases.

The shelter was called because dogs were in danger of drowning in a well. Luckily, a young man had already pulled Elisa out. She had injured some of her claws while trying to climb out of the well. She was lying exhausted on the ground and was covered in ticks. News that she had been found was spread, but nobody knew her or wanted to adopt her. She came to the shelter on 16 April 2026.

At first Elisa is a little shy. It took a few days, then she began to trust, and she is simply a treasure. She is calm, sociable, affectionate and friendly and now seeks out the company of her carers. She needs a patient family and will become a wonderful companion.

She lives in the pack with males and females without any problems, although she is rather independent there. She has not yet been tested with cats. She is great with children, travels well in the car and walks well on a lead. She lives in the caravan, behaves very well there, doesn't destroy anything and is house-trained.
